For instance a car doing an illegal U-turn, or a person walking too close to the edge of a subway platform can be used to generate automatic alerts. This means that a single analytic can be configured to alert to a large number of different events and set-up time and complexity is significantly lower when compared to other solutions in the market. It also means a more accurate solution where changes in light or weather conditions do not impact the effectiveness of the system. False positives will not suddenly increase as shadows form at dusk.
